2004.5-2007 Freedom Series™ Street 5.9L Cummins Common Rail Long Block

The Freedom Street Series is perfect for a daily driver or towing application. Machined and assembled in our state-of-the-art Freedom Racing Engine shop, remanufactured with the critical upgrades to the common problem areas. Fully blueprinted with all clearances exceeding factory specifications, our Street Series engine will get you back on the road faster.

FINAL TESTED

All long blocks are run on a fully automated engine test stand after assembly.  This testing includes:

• Vacuum testing of the entire coolant system.
• Pre-torque test to pre-lube and verify oil flow to all components.
• Torque test and measurement of crankshaft loads.
• Run-in test to verify oil pressure and flow.
• Compression test on all cylinders.

* A core charge is included with the purchase and all customers should review our LONG BLOCK CORE CHARGE AND ACCEPTANCE POLICY in advance. If you need assistance in scheduling freight service for the return of a core, please contact us at 317-286-3573 or email our core department directly at cores@fleeceperformance.com. Return freight service for a core is available for $500 from any commercial location in the continental US.

INSTALLATION NOTES

The long block is shipped with the following gaskets and seals:

• Camshaft seal
• Water pump seal
• Crankcase drain gasket
• Coolant inlet, A/C compressor bracket O-ring
• Fuel banjo washers
• CP3 nut access cover gasket
• CP3 snout O-ring
• Additional sensor O-rings

We recommend the following new valvetrain components to accompany our long blocks:

• Rocker Arm Assemblies (FPE-CUMM-RAA-CR)
• Pushrods (FPE-CUMM-S2-PROD)
• Billet Rocker Arm Bridges (FPE-BRAB-C1)

* Proper valve lashing is required. Back off adjusters on rocker arms during installation or damage will occur to the cylinder head and/or piston to valve contact may occur.

Warranty

1 Year Limited Warranty

Buyer MUST complete the Warranty Registration Form within 30 days of purchase or warranty will be VOID. To complete the registration, follow the QR code included with your engine package or go to: www.fleeceperformance.com/engineregistration. Buyer must accept the terms of the Limited Warranty including coverages and exclusions provided by Fleece Performance Engineering.

Buyer must retain all records and documented proof of adherence to the published Engine Break-in Procedure.
