Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday - Friday 8AM to 6PM ET, excluding Holidays.  All domestic orders placed before 2PM ET will be shipped the same day as the order was placed for in-stock items.  If placed after 2PM ET, the order may ship the following business day.

UPS deliveries occur Monday - Friday.  If you have an order that requires Saturday delivery, please contact us at 317-286-5373 to place your order and verify availability of this delivery option.

We WILL NOT ship any item to a P.O. Box via UPS.  The only option for shipment of items to P.O. Boxes in the US and Canada is the US Postal Service.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the address provided when your order is fulfilled and shipped.  The email will contain all applicable tracking information based on the shipping method you selected.  If provided and consent given, a text message will also be sent to the mobile number provided on the order with tracking information.  If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at 3072993055

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Sales price does not include taxes, duties, or any other Customs fees associated with import to Canada.  The carrier will invoice you for additional taxes and fees associated with your order.
