Due to this placement, approximately the final 10% of forward seat travel may be restricted in some applications. Removal of the plastic push tab securing the under-seat connection is required to retain this final portion of forward seat movement. This positioning is an intentional design consideration that allows the extinguisher to remain securely mounted while providing the rapid accessibility the system was designed to deliver.
